Privacy Notice

ASED.BG (ASED Ltd.) guarantees full confidentiality of the personal data. The personal information of the CUSTOMER will not be published anywhere, unless his specifically agrees to that. The client is fully accountable for keeping his user name and password, as well as for any other activities, that are executed from his part of from a third person by using his user name and password.

Compensations

The client must compensate ASED.BG (ASED Ltd.) and every third person for all damages and lost profits, including all costs and paid lawyer's fees, incurred as a result of claims by and / or compensations paid to third parties for the breach of his obligations upon this contract, breach of Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, these Terms, morality or internet ethics. The Client shall indemnify ASED.BG (Ased Ltd.) and any damage caused by third parties to whom he has provided his password, upon the use of that same password.

Refusal to receive ordered goods

A customer, who has ordered a product from the online shop at http://www.ased.bg, has the right to refuse to acceptance the goods ordered by them upon its delivery only in the cases, stated in these terms:

1. If in the transportation, the goods or their packaging is damaged.
2. If the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones and this can be proven by a simple examination of the goods.
3. If the announced delivery time is not met.
